ppvipi Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ppvipi ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ppvipi website located at https://ppvipi.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance constitutes a binding contractual obligation. ppvipi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification before taking effect.

These Terms are written and published in English. English is the authoritative version of this document. In the event of any ambiguity, dispute, or inconsistency arising from a translation or alternative rendering, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severed clause.

These Terms, together with ppvipi's Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform at the time of participation, constitute the entire agreement between you and ppvipi with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

To register and maintain an account on ppvipi, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted); (c) be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law; (d) not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ppvipi; and (e) not be a previously self-excluded or banned ppvipi user attempting to re-register.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information at the registration stage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active ppvipi account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ppvipi employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All balances on secondary accounts will be forfeited.

ppvipi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers an internal review. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address issued within three months. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppvipi username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ppvipi will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify ppvipi support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully registered, verified ppvipi account in good standing. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility conditions, including which player segments may participate (new players only, existing players, VIP tier, etc.). ppvipi reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion if abuse or fraud is suspected.

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page at the time of opt-in. Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified for each promotion; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this window.

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10–20%; sports betting, crash games, keno, and other specialty games may contribute at rates specified per promotion. ppvipi may update contribution rates and will publish changes on the promotions page with reasonable notice.

ppvipi actively monitors for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk, back-to-back bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; colluding with other players; or exploiting identified errors in bonus crediting. Where abuse is detected, ppvipi reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

From time to time ppvipi may offer time-limited promotions tied to sporting events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) or cultural occasions in Bangladesh (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page before the offer goes live. Participation in a special promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

You agree to: (a) provide only truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information; (b) keep your account credentials confidential and secure; (c) use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; and (e) notify ppvipi promptly of any errors, unauthorised transactions, or security incidents affecting your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvipi Platform: using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in any automated manner; attempting to access or tamper with other users' accounts; introducing malicious code, viruses, or malware; engaging in money laundering or processing proceeds of crime through the Platform; placing bets in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or fraud; and using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by ppvipi in writing.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that ppvipi's games and betting markets are intended purely for entertainment. You agree to make use of ppvipi's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — should you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic. ppvipi reserves the right to impose limits or restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player is experiencing gambling-related harm.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ppvipi Platform — including but not limited to the website design, source code, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and written content — are owned by or licensed to ppvipi. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ppvipi intellectual property beyond the limited licence described in Clause 6.2.

ppvipi grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform through a standard web browser for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from ppvipi.

Games available on ppvipi are provided under licence from third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property associated with those games remains the property of the respective studio. ppvipi's licence to offer these games does not extend any rights to users beyond what is described in Clause 6.2.

ppvipi reserves the right to suspend any account temporarily or permanently without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity has taken place; (c) the account holder may be under 18 years of age; or (d) a financial crime or money laundering concern has been identified. During a suspension, access to account funds may be withheld pending investigation.

You may close your ppvipi account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting closure. Before closure, any outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after identity verification is confirmed.

Players who wish to stop gambling for a defined period or permanently may request self-exclusion via the responsible gaming section of their account settings or by emailing [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, ppvipi will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform. ppvipi provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. ppvipi will not be liable for any losses — including lost bets or missed promotions — arising directly from scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

ppvipi is not liable for any gambling losses you incur while using the Platform. All bets are placed at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that you gamble within your means. ppvipi strongly encourages all players to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings and to seek professional support if gambling losses are causing financial or personal difficulty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvipi's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your ppvipi account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

ppvipi is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or availability of third-party service providers including game studios, payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), telecommunications carriers, or internet service providers. Any disputes with payment providers must be resolved directly with the relevant provider in accordance with their own terms of service.
